·        "Duane Barry" - The most straightforward depiction of alien abduction the show ever did, and it horrifies me every time! The feeling of total helplessness combined with the impending dread of it happening again, and soon, scares me on a primal level. –

10/11 "Irresistible" Terrifying because of how non-supernatural and close to reality the premise ends up being. The idea that someone so unassuming can be so deeply inhuman is incredibly unsettling, and the effect it has on Scully considering her recent abduction makes this far deeper than it otherwise might have been.
